About

I'm a technology consultant and engineer with 20+ years turning complex enterprise problems into working solutions. At SAP, I focus on procurement and integration across the Ariba, S/4HANA, and Business Technology Platform ecosystems, from CIG integration and S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement to the emerging world of SAP Business AI and Joule.

My path runs from server administration and full-stack development to leading technical support teams and advising top enterprise customers through go-lives and critical escalations. That range lets me speak both languages fluently: the business process and the code underneath it. Lately I'm especially energized by where AI meets enterprise software, building smarter, cleaner, more automated systems.

    • Led the Ariba integration support team covering on-premise ERP to Ariba flows (Network, Buying & Invoicing, Sourcing, SLM), specializing in Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG) and CI-9.
    • As Tech Lead: guided engineers through complex cases, ran technical working sessions and 1:1s, interviewed candidates and authored onboarding documentation.
    • Drove root-cause analysis on critical escalations across SOAP/IDoc, ABAP, XSLT, certificates and middleware, steering customers safely through go-live blockers.
